Refund policy
We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange. We do not offer returns or refunds - only size exchanges for the same product.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
Important: Please record a video while unboxing your product. This video will be required if you need to claim that an item is damaged or defective.
How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, you can contact us through any of the following methods:

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange pickup of your item. After we receive and verify the returned item, we'll ship the new size to you at no additional cost.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Your unboxing video will be required to process such claims, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange Process Timeline
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- We arrange pickup of your item
- We inspect the returned item (2-3 business days)
- Once approved, we ship your new size
- You receive your exchanged item within 7-10 business days
